Located in the council of Ponte da Barca, Vale da Fonte is the harmonious fusion between the renovation of a 19th-century manor and a contemporary and exclusive design. The sobriety of the stone, the salt-treated sand pool that pays a simple tribute to the past in honor of the navigator from Barca, Fernão de Magalhães, contrasts with the soft green of the vineyards and the earthy colors of a decor designed for the well-being of the body and mind. As the vineyards are a great passion of the owner, covering about 6 hectares, the decoration was meticulously thought out, merging centuries-old furniture full of history with contemporary pieces full of glamour and comfort designed in detail. The wine grape varieties served as inspiration; we favored the tones of nature, wood, and lush vegetation, intersecting with the beach environment of the sand pool, coupled with the comfort and sophistication of the materials.
