Habitos Lodge sits in Cafhé, on the soft edge where Viana do Castelo's countryside slides toward the sea. It is a villa for keeping days simple: private pool, real garden, four bedrooms for up to eight guests. Pool heating is an optional extra, charged at €70 per night.
Inside there is air conditioning, a fireplace and board games; outside, a barbecue and beach kit already waiting. Nothing here is complicated, which is the point.

We had a great week at this property which its wonderful pool and garden and spacious living rooms. We can fully recommend this property for families. However, we also recommend Portugal Active to look more carefully into the some of the property items, which are clearly showing signs of wear and tear.

We rented this house for New Year with a large group — 6 adults and children — and overall we were very happy with the stay.
The house is genuinely spacious, so everyone had enough room and privacy. The layout works very well for groups: there is a comfortable common area to spend time together, and at the same time enough separate bedrooms to rest properly.
