All our properties are booked as full property and “accommodation only”, which means that you can count on the property exclusively for your party and any services such as cleaning (apart from the intermediate cleaning offered after 7 nights) or others provided by Portugal Active will be subject to availability and prior notice and charged separately. We strongly recommend that you consult our services and adventures to ensure a more complete and personalized experience.
We will be delighted to provide our adventure experiences to anyone, either our lodging guests or not. At the top right menu you’ll find our “Adventure” page and choose your preferred experience to book.
When booking, you will find a list of additional services at the last step of the booking process. You can also leave a comment at this step and we will contact you to help you book our services. We are always available for contacts via E-mail or Whatsapp to help our guests with whatever is necessary.
At portugalactive.com we accept payments via: Bank Transfer, all details will be shared after finishing the booking, PayPal and Credit card.
Payment is divided in two equal tranches, 50% upon reservation as a down payment and 50% up to 14 days prior to date of check-in.
If you are traveling with a pet, please contact us before booking your stay, pets are welcome in most of our properties but always subject to prior notice.
While we strongly recommend that you customize your experience with our services and adventures, you can only book accommodation if you prefer. You can, however, book any service or experience during your stay, only subject to availability and prior notice.
When browsing through our website you should easily find our lodges, you’ll always find a direct button to the lodges page at the menu at the top right. Or you can always opt to go directly to https://booking.portugalactive.com
When browsing trhough the lodges page you shall click to your selected lodge, then press “Book Now” and follow the steps as described below:
Select the dates for your stay, the number of guests, adults and children up to 12 years old, and press “Book”. At the following steps you’ll be asked your personal data as well as your payment details, then press “Book” and congratulations, you’ve reserved your stay at Portugal Active.
Our lodges are located in the Minho region, North of Portugal. If you’re flying here the most convenient airports are: OPO Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro and VGO Aeroporto de Vigo (Spain).
Directions to our properties will be promptly provided upon reservation.
We strongly recommend that anyone traveling to the region bring or rent a car. Parking will not be a problem for any of our properties or in the cities of the Alto Minho region.
Check-in at our properties must be done after scheduling with our team and between 4:30 pm and 8:00 pm (GMT). Additional fees will be added for check-in outside of these hours.
Check-out must always be done before 11:00 am (GMT). A member of our team will contact you during your stay to make an appointment.
Bookings through portugalactive.com are booked as non-refundable. In case of cancellation any values paid to Portugal Active won’t be reimbursed.
