What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before your stay for a full refund. Please note that for certain promotions or special rates, specific conditions may apply. We recommend checking with our team for the cancellation policy of your reservation. When browsing trhough the lodges page you shall click to your selected lodge, then press “Book Now” and follow the steps as described below: Select the dates for your stay, the number of guests, adults and children up to 12 years old, and press “Book”. At the following steps you’ll be asked your personal data as well as your payment details, then press “Book” and congratulations, you’ve reserved your stay at Portugal Active.

How do I get around during my stay?

There are several options for getting around the Alto Minho region: - Uber and Taxis: Widely available in the area. - Trains: Convenient connections to nearby cities. - Rental Cars: We can assist with bookings to give you full flexibility. If needed, our team is happy to help organize transportation to ensure a stress-free experience.

How do I get from the airport to the lodge?

Our lodges are located in the scenic Minho region, Northern Portugal. For your convenience: - We can assist with rental car arrangements. - A shuttle service is available for all properties. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide detailed directions and support for your arrival.

How do I book my stay?
